Glow-Up Studio & Launch Lab Series

By purchasing a ticket to any foundHer MARKt workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are non-refundable, but tickets are transferable.

• To transfer your ticket, please email us at community@mamamachtmarkt.de with the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 72 hours before the event.

• Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

2. Event Rescheduling

• In the case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions), the event may be postponed.

• A new date will be announced within 15 days of cancellation.

• Tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Workshop Agenda

• Our workshops are designed to be personalized and dynamic, and agendas may be subject to change.

• If a guest expert is unable to attend due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a qualified replacement will be provided.

4. Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event.

• These materials may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by foundHer MARKt UG (haftungsbeschraenk)

• If you prefer not to be included in media, please notify our team upon arrival.

5. Personal Responsibility

• Our workshops may include physical or emotional activities such as meditation, movement, or expressive art.

• Participation is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for their own well-being and boundaries.

6. Code of Conduct

• We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful space.

• Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
