You became a solopreneur because you wanted to be paid doing what you love. But somewhere between the LinkedIn profile and the website photos, a safer, flatter version of you showed up instead.
In this workshop, Priscillia, personal brand photographer, shows you why "looking professional" is costing you clients, how the right images build the kind of trust that makes people feel they already know you, and what your visual presence is currently communicating without you realising it.
Because understanding visual authority is one thing, having an image that demonstrates it is another. Every participant will leave with a signature headshot: one powerful, on-brand profile image shot on the day.

Priscillia Grubo moved from the suburb of Paris to Munich in 2017 to pursue her dream career as a photographer. Since then, she has built the business she believes in. Now she helps other women do the same, with authentic images that attract the right clients.

As the founder of DELKI, the Deutsch-Englisches Linguistik-Kulturinstitut, she helps professionals, companies, expats, and learners strengthen their English and German communication skills. Her work focuses on practical language development, cross-cultural communication, professional confidence, and helping people communicate clearly in international environments.

Sharique Javaid is a German-Pakistani entrepreneur, startup & AI consultant, and founder of Expat Launch Germany GmbH & Deepvertise. With academic backgrounds in engineering & IT from RWTH Aachen University (Germany), KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), and UET Taxila (Pakistan), he has worked with leading German companies in Munich for 10 years including BMW, Siemens, and Rohde & Schwarz.
After more than 10 years in the corporate sector, Sharique transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship and now helps international founders, freelancers, and professionals establish and grow their businesses in Germany. Through Expat Launch Germany, he has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs with company registration, self-employment and freelancer visas, business planning, and startup strategy.
Known for his extensive network within the international community in Germany, Sharique is passionate about helping people turn ideas into sustainable businesses and build meaningful connections across cultures and industries.
Other than that, Sharique has also led several non profit initiatives in Germany including sports, media, culture and charity and was also involved in German politics since few years.

By purchasing a ticket to any foundHer MARKt workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Policy
• All ticket sales are non-refundable, but tickets are transferable.
• To transfer your ticket, please email us at community@mamamachtmarkt.de with the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 72 hours before the event.
• Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
2. Event Rescheduling
• In the case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions), the event may be postponed.
• A new date will be announced within 15 days of cancellation.
• Tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Workshop Agenda
• Our workshops are designed to be personalized and dynamic, and agendas may be subject to change.
• If a guest expert is unable to attend due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a qualified replacement will be provided.
4. Photography & Media
