In the rhythm of this one-hour practice, we explore the breath as both a gentle guide and a powerful healer.
I will teach you breathing techniques that expand and strengthen the lungs, allowing the breath to become smoother, deeper, and more efficient. As your breathing improves, it naturally supports the cardiovascular health, balances the hormonal system, and calms the nerves.
This class is especially beneficial for stress management, better sleep, hormone balance, restoring vitality, and improving overall quality of life.

By purchasing a ticket to any foundHer MARKt workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Policy
• All ticket sales are non-refundable, but tickets are transferable.
• To transfer your ticket, please email us at community@mamamachtmarkt.de with the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 72 hours before the event.
• Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
2. Event Rescheduling
• In the case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions), the event may be postponed.
• A new date will be announced within 15 days of cancellation.
• Tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
3. Workshop Agenda
• Our workshops are designed to be personalized and dynamic, and agendas may be subject to change.
• If a guest expert is unable to attend due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, a qualified replacement will be provided.
