Step into the new year with intention and renewal through Soul Sync, the morning opener of our Glow Up series. Guided by the powerful duo of Vashvi, an internationally trained yoga instructor, and Jhanvi, a professional semi-classical musician, this immersive workshop blends movement, breath, and sound to help you reconnect with yourself and with others.
Together, we’ll journey through:
Gentle yoga postures to ground your body and sharpen your focus.
Partner yoga to build balance, flexibility, and meaningful social connection.
Breathwork and chanting to release tension and anchor into calm.
Shavasana (corpse pose) for deep relaxation of mind and body.
Kirtan (healing through sound) to reduce anxiety, encourage community, and open emotional release.

Vashvi Thaker pursued her Yoga instructor training at YTTC (Yoga Teacher Training Course), a renowned Yoga academy in India. Since 2013, she has been teaching Yoga in Munich at TSV Grosshadern and Forstenried, bringing her international expertise and personal touch to every class.
Jhanvi Mehta has been trained since the age of eight in Indian classical, semi-classical, and folk styles, cultivating a rich musical background deeply rooted in Indian tradition. With extensive experience in teaching, national television broadcasting, and multilingual artistry, she offers a refined and professional musical presence through her performances at events and festivals.

Grounded Growth: Finding Calm, Clarity, and Commitment

In this immersive workshop, psychologist Kimberly Talens introduces the foundations of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and shows how its principles can be applied to daily life with clarity and ease. Together, we explore what it truly means to practice acceptance—meeting difficult thoughts and emotions with openness—and how commitment helps us take meaningful steps toward the life we want to create. Through guided activities, reflection exercises, and optional mindfulness practices, participants learn how to break unhelpful patterns, reconnect with personal values, and strengthen emotional resilience. The session closes with a grounding meditation to integrate the insights and leave you feeling centered, calm, and empowered.

Kimberly Talens Segui, M.Sc. is a psychologist based in Munich, specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy. With a background in both clinical psychology and occupational psychology, she supports individuals in navigating stress, burnout, and emotional challenges with clarity and compassion.
After working in various counseling and mental-health settings, Kimberly founded her own practice to help people build psychological flexibility, strengthen their wellbeing, and create meaningful, values-guided lives. Her approach blends evidence-based methods with a warm, practical style that invites clients to meet their inner experiences with acceptance and courage.
At Glow Up Studio, Kimberly will introduce participants to everyday ACT tools that make room for difficult emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and reconnect them with what truly matters.

Through guided reflection, playful creativity, and shared storytelling, you’ll transform scattered ideas into a visual roadmap that feels both inspiring and actionable. Expect glue sticks, coffee spills, cupcake crumbs—and the empowered messiness that comes with building something real.

Originally from Manila, Philippines, is a global entrepreneur and brand strategist with roots in advertising and finance. Her career spans Shanghai, where she consulted for luxury brands like Cartier, Luxottica and Dolce & Gabbana on how to elevate their customer experience, and Mexico, where she launched a marketing consultancy. In 2020, she founded Polkaducks in Germany and in 2024 in the Philippines and serves as its President.
In 2025, she launched Mama macht Markt and became the founder and CEO of foundHerMarkt—initiatives supporting women in various stages of their lives. Now based in Munich with her family, Gelyn continues to build businesses fueled by creativity, community, and connection.

This 2.5-hour cacao ceremony is a sacred, heart-opening experience designed to help women slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the deepest layers of themselves.

By purchasing a ticket to any foundHer MARKt workshop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Policy
• All ticket sales are non-refundable, but tickets are transferable.
• To transfer your ticket, please email us at community@mamamachtmarkt.de with the name and contact details of the new attendee at least 72 hours before the event.
• Transfers are subject to approval and availability.
2. Event Rescheduling
• In the case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions), the event may be postponed.
• A new date will be announced within 15 days of cancellation.
• Tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.
