Ladies Who LaUNCH — Claim Your Seat at the Table
One expert. One topic that’s been holding you back. One conversation that can shift your momentum.
At Ladies Who LaUNCH, you don’t sit in an audience — you sit at the table. Each table is led by a woman who has mastered a topic many of us struggle with: money, mindset, AI, identity, clarity, confidence, and the courage to build what’s next.
This is your chance to bring the question that’s been circling in your mind for months — the one you haven’t dared to ask, the one you can’t Google your way through — and talk it through with someone who’s been there, done it, and is ready to guide you forward.
Because sometimes, all it takes is the right conversation with the right woman at the right moment.
Claim your place
at the table!
A round‑table, expert‑led lunch where women get real advice, real connection, and real clarity.
Ladies Who LaUNCH brings together women who are navigating ideas, transitions, ambitions, and questions—and pairs them with experts from fields like finance, AI integration, business strategy, thoughtful content marketing, and more. It’s a space designed for honest conversations in a relaxed, shared‑meal setting, where learning feels natural and connection feels effortless.
Women choose their LaUNCH Lady experts - join a round table of 7, and enjoy guided conversations that blend practical insight with lived experience. It’s not a lecture. It’s not a panel. It’s a table where everyone gets to speak, ask, reflect, be guided and be heard.
Over lunch, something shifts:
• Advice becomes actionable because it’s tailored to your real life.
• Conversations feel safe because everyone at the table gets it.
• Connections form naturally—no networking pressure, just shared stories.
• Energy returns as you realize you’re not alone in what you’re building or becoming.
You walk out with a happy stomach, a clearer mind, and a renewed sense of momentum. Ready to take that next step you’ve been thinking about. Ready to Launch.

Susanna is the Founder and CEO of Hayrapetyan Business Consulting (HBC) in Munich, a branding and digital marketing agency known for transforming companies through powerful visual identity and strategic storytelling. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at EU Business School and Dublin Business School, where she teaches the next generation of business leaders how brands are built, rebuilt, and elevated.
Her career has been shaped by a deep fascination with how brands evolve. Over the years, she has become a sought‑after expert in branding and re‑branding, guiding companies through the delicate process of redefining who they are and how they are seen. At HBC, she leads a multidisciplinary team of marketing strategists, designers, and copywriters who work closely with clients to strengthen their visual presence — and, as a result, their profitability.
Under her leadership, HBC has collaborated with an impressive roster of global and industry‑leading brands, including Mercedes‑Benz, Vegamour, Revitalash, MunichVentures, TrauringhausHannover, Secufy, and DiezOffice. The agency offers a full spectrum of digital marketing services: branding and re‑branding, 2D and 3D motion design, UI/UX design, graphic design, social media management, content marketing, photo and video production, influencer collaborations, and comprehensive digital strategy development.
In 2022, Susanna expanded her mission by launching HBC Academy, an online education platform dedicated to making high‑quality marketing knowledge accessible. The academy has already produced a series of successful projects: the “Expert Talks” webinar series with 35 episodes, the “Unpacking Marketing” online course with more than 250 graduates in its first year, the creative marathon “Digital Revamp” with nine editions, and most recently, the “Can You Hear Me?” podcast on YouTube.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a dual MBA, and a long list of marketing certifications that reflect her commitment to continuous learning. What drives her work is a passion for creating partnerships that deliver lasting impact through visual transformation and innovative marketing strategies.

A safe, real, and deeply relatable space to talk about the moments when life doesn’t go as planned — and how perspective can transform everything. You can share your own journey of hitting emotional and professional lows, choosing honesty over perfection, and how that authenticity unexpectedly resonated with thousands. This table is for women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step, and want to explore how mindset shifts can open new doors.
What I would love to talk about with you:
• How to shift perspective when you feel stuck
• The emotional side of entrepreneurship and motherhood
• Why vulnerability builds stronger communities
• How sharing real moments online can create connection
• Moving from “I don’t know what to do” to “I can take one step”
-
Ale is a Mexican Latina lawyer, digital creator, and founder of @philippascloset, a lifestyle platform celebrating family, art, culture, and Bavarian traditions. Married to a Bavarian, she loves supporting her children’s passions for hockey and figure skating and watching them grow. After moving through different countries and having to start over each time, Ale has felt the emotional toll of rebuilding her life again and again. Instead of letting it weigh her down, she chose to shift her mindset—embracing every new beginning, finding joy in discovery, and sharing her journey to uplift others who might be going through the same.
She is passionate about gastronomy, cooking, discovering local artisans and restaurants, and exploring Munich’s art and cultural scene. She also values her own time, whether golfing, pursuing personal interests, or simply enjoying life. Through her content, Ale encourages families and young people to live fully and remember that every moment counts—we can’t lose time.
