Susanna is the Founder and CEO of Hayrapetyan Business Consulting (HBC) in Munich, a branding and digital marketing agency known for transforming companies through powerful visual identity and strategic storytelling. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at EU Business School and Dublin Business School, where she teaches the next generation of business leaders how brands are built, rebuilt, and elevated.
Her career has been shaped by a deep fascination with how brands evolve. Over the years, she has become a sought‑after expert in branding and re‑branding, guiding companies through the delicate process of redefining who they are and how they are seen. At HBC, she leads a multidisciplinary team of marketing strategists, designers, and copywriters who work closely with clients to strengthen their visual presence — and, as a result, their profitability.
Under her leadership, HBC has collaborated with an impressive roster of global and industry‑leading brands, including Mercedes‑Benz, Vegamour, Revitalash, MunichVentures, TrauringhausHannover, Secufy, and DiezOffice.
